About This Project

Complete Custom Auto sells aftermarket kits for Chevy Impalas in the USA. We worked with them to develop an injection-moulded replacement instrument panel for the 68 Impala, which allows easy replacement of existing gauges with modern ones, while retaining a classical look of the dashboard.

The project involved design, rapid prototyping, CNC machining and production tooling for a large, chrome plated plastic component. In addition to this, complete assembly production, sheetmetal aluminium & steel components and packaging were sourced through our productoin partners.
